Considering that each country's COVID-19 entry regulations may change at any time and that each destination has its own specific procedures, please always confirm the information in TIMATIC in your GDS, IATA TRAVEL CENTERSHERPA or with official government agencies of the destination country.

Please be advised that it is the responsibility of the passenger to comply with all government policies and entry requirements and failure to comply may result in denied boarding for the flight or entry to the destination.



Effective since 04JUL2022, all passengers older than 18yrs, travelling to or transiting through Tunisia must present:

  • Vaccination certificate (completed for at least 28 days for the Janssen vaccine, or 7 days for other vaccines) OR
  • Negative PCR performed within the last 48h prior to departure OR
  • Negative antigen test performed within the last 24h prior to departure.

Passengers younger than 18 don’t have any covid requirement.



All passengers must complete a health declaration at HTTPS://APP.E7MI.TN, and print the documents generated by this application (health form and commitment form) to be presented during boarding and collected by the health control authorities on arrival.


To enter or transit Tunisia, passengers must have one of the following documents:

  • Negative PCR COVID-19 test result, taken no more than 48 hours before departure
  • Negative antigen COVID-19 test result, taken no more than 24 hours before departure
  • COVID-19 vaccine certificate showing full vaccination with an approved vaccination (see below)

Minors under the age of 18 are not required to present evidence of vaccination or a negative test.

Vaccinated travellers need to carry valid proof of vaccination. The medical certificate must show full vaccination with an approved vaccine.

Approve vaccine list to travel to Tunisia:

  • Janssen
  • AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria, SK Bioscience)
  • Covaxin
  • Covishield
  • Moderna (Spikevax)
  • Nuvaxovid (Novavax)
  • Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty)
  • Sinovac
  • Sinopharm
  • Sputnik V and Sputnik Light

Janssen must have been received at least 28 days before arrival. All others at least 7 days before arrival. A combination of vaccines is accepted.

Passengers under the age of 18 are exempt if accompanied by a vaccinated parent or guardian.


Unvaccinated visitors are no longer required to enter hotel quarantine on arrival in Tunisia, providing they have a negative test result.

Passengers could be subject to random COVID-19 testing on arrival and, if positive, required to isolate for 5 days or more.
