- Flexible timetables: multiple daily flight options;
- Fast Track access: guarantees priority access to airport security control (except for brand Discount, and group tickets - class G);
- Free flight change on the same day as the original flight: allows you to change your flight, free of charge, to any other flight on the same day, in the same cabin, as long as the request is made before the time of the original flight. The change is subject to seat availability and must be made through one of the following channels:
- Travel Agency, Contact Centre, Customer Service Desk at the airport: change to any time slot on the same day, as long as it is made before the time of the original flight.
- Check-in desks and boarding gate: on the day of the flight, at the airport, passengers can go to the check-in desk or boarding gate and request an early flight. They will only be allocated a seat if there are seats available. Otherwise, they keep their seat on the original flight. In certain cases and if the passenger is not travelling with hold baggage, confirmation of the seat on the new flight may remain on standby and only be confirmed at the end of boarding.
*At the gate it is possible to anticipate the flight time only if the passenger does not carry hold baggage.
The advantages of the Ponte Aérea service mentioned above do not apply to transit passengers or group bookings (10 or more passengers).

- Changes made on and for the same day as the Original Flight, before the time of the Original Flight, and for flights before or after the Original Flight, with a Confirmed Booking, are exempt from the change fee (DU), or any existing fare difference. Therefore, in the circumstances indicated above, all Brands allow this change free of charge.
The ticket must be reissued manually to remove any fare difference and airport taxes when automatically added, and airport taxes should not be updated for fully unused tickets. If you need help with manual reissues, please consult your GDS support service.

Additional Information
- It is important to note that, in the case of standby at the boarding gate, passengers can only anticipate the flight time if they are not travelling with hold luggage.
- If the passenger is travelling with hold baggage that has not yet been checked in, they can anticipate the flight time at the Check-in counter, TAP counters at airports, the Travel Agency and via the Contact Centre.
- If the passenger is travelling with hold baggage that has not yet been checked in, they can postpone their flight at the TAP counters at airports, at the Travel Agency and via the Contact Centre.
- It is not possible to anticipate or postpone the flight if the passenger has purchased additional services subject to confirmation (e.g. transport of animals, sports equipment or musical instruments).
- If the passenger is travelling in Business Class and has booked a special meal, the meal is not guaranteed on the new flight.
- If the passenger has purchased an Upgrade for their flight at Check-in or at the boarding gate and wishes to change the flight, the Upgrade is not guaranteed on the new flight and the amount paid is non-refundable.
- If the passenger has purchased a seat and needs to change the flight, the seat purchased on the original flight is not guaranteed on the new flight and the amount paid is non-refundable.
- If the passenger has bought a special service (e.g. birthday/wedding cake and/or sparkling wine) and wants to change the flight, the service is not guaranteed on the new flight and the amount paid is non-refundable.
