CORPORATE RECOGNITION

All TAP customers with a Local, Regional or Global corporate agreement are now recognized as valued customers at check-in.

As a result of this feature, TAP guarantees

  • Premium Zone Priority Boarding: When flying with brand Classic or superior, passengers will have access to the premium zone for priority boarding"

  • Priority treatment in case of Irregularity: In the event of irregularities in the operation, corporate passengers will be prioritized for re-accommodation in the airport

To make these advantages available to the customer, the following SSR must be inserted in the reservation:

HOW TO BOOK SEATS IN THE CORPORATE "CLASSIC" BRAND
 
The seat reservation offer in the fare/brand product CLASSIC Corporate is available for:
  • Comfort Area  - front rows (red seats) - from the first row of Economy Class to the row preceding the emergency exit seats. (except RBD O/T/E)

The following rows are excluded from the offer:

  • Emergency exit - rows of the emergency exit between the Comfort area and the Standard area;

The seat reservation procedure for the CLASSIC product/brand is not automatic. Action by travel agents is always required. When booking a seat, it will be necessary to make the respective quotation, because only then does the system effectively read that it is a Corporate fare, showing a cost of 0€.

HOW TO REQUEST "FAST TRACK" SERVICE ON THE "PLUS" CORPORATE BRAND

The procedure is not automatic, it always requires an action by the travel agent.

When requesting the Fast service in the reservation, it is necessary to make the corresponding quotation because only then the system will read that it is a Corporate fare and assume the 0€ cost. 

Fast service on Brand Plus is not applicable on RBD's O/T/E).

This service is subject to availability. Check here the airports with FAST service available.

HOW TO REQUEST A NAME/PASSENGER CHANGE

On Corporate and TMC fares, Name Changes (passenger changes) are authorised on bookings for flights operated by TAP keeping the date and flight number.

This change is made on request and is subject to approval and a fee of €30 per change.

Name changes must be requested from your usual Agency Support. 

This benefit does not apply to Discount and Basic Brands or to O/T/E RBDs of all brands.
