Considering that each country's COVID-19 entry regulations may change at any time, and that each destination has its own specific procedures, please always confirm the information in TIMATIC in your GDS, IATA TRAVEL CENTER, SHERPA or with official government agencies of the destination country.
Please be advised that it is the responsibility of the passenger to comply with all government policies and entry requirements and failure to comply may result in denied boarding for the flight or entry to the destination.
To enter Cape Verde, passengers, with the exception of the situations listed below, must present proof of EASE Traveler Pre-Registration, made within 72 hours prior to the flight:
Exceptions:
- Children under 2 years old;
- Passengers who, on official missions, land on private planes at the service of Cabo Verde or other country, on a reciprocity basis;
- Passengers from planes forced to return to the airport, due to technical or meteorological reasons or whenever force majeure is proven;
- Transfer passengers;
- Citizens holding a Cabo Verdean passport, their children whenever under 18 years old and their spouses;
- The natives of Cabo Verde, their children whenever under 18 years old and their spouses;

ONLINE REGISTRATION
All passengers bound for Cape Verde will be required to complete a Health Surveillance Form before the boarding pass is issued
GENERAL ENTRY REQUIREMENTS
TESTS / CERTIFICATES
Passengers between the ages of 12 and 17, must present:
- Certificate of complete vaccination made more than 14 days ago (one or two doses, depending on the vaccination schedule), OR
- Certificate of recovery OR
- Negative PCR test performed within 72 hours prior to departure OR
- Negative antigen test performed within 48 hours prior to boarding
Passengers 18 years of age or older, must present:
- Vaccination certificate with at least one "booster dose" more than 14 days ago (1 Janssen + 1 booster // two of another vaccine + 1 booster ), OR
- Certificate of recovery OR
- Negative PCR test performed within 72 hours prior to shipment OR
- Negative antigen test performed within 48 hours prior to departure
Note: Passengers under 12 years of age have no entry requirements
IMPORTANT ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Inter-island travel and international travel to Cape Verde
The vaccination certificate WITHOUT the 3rd booster vaccine dose is not valid. The certificate will only be valid for inter-island and international travel to Cape Verde if the person has had at least one booster dose more than 14 days ago, regardless of the initial schedule.
Alternatively one of the other options (recovery or PCR or Antigen) must be presented
