BOOKING AND ISSUANCE
Booking and issuance can be done using the pseudo city code of the train station.
TAP has published thoroughfares from Portugal to each station or the other way round. Make a regular fare availability and fare display to/from any of the stations in the table above.
Fares are available on the following products:
INTERCONTINENTAL: Basic, Classic, Plus, Executive and TopExecutive
CONTINENTAL: Classic, Plus, Executive and TopExecutive
The train segment is represented by the flight segment W2 and must be booked in the booking classes according to the Booking Code Information in your GDS, (i.e. FQS in Amadeus or FDC in Galileo).
To issue a combined ticket simply quote as you normally do for air travel.
You will get flight coupons for the segments operated by TAP and "flight" coupons for the 9B segments operated by the train company, just like in another ticket with air travel only.
NOTE: Reservations made through the old AccesRail agreement for 9B Codeshare or Interline trains, for travel through March 31, 2022, will remain valid and check-in will still be done via check-in.accesrail.com. In the event that these reservations need to be changed, the new segment will need to be rebooked on flight W2, applicable from January 1, 2022, and the ticket will need to be reissued accordingly.
