AMADEUS Q1C8 - Cancelations due to lack of ticketing

Due to constraints in AMADEUS GDS, the PNR canceled due to lack of ticketing will not be placed in Queue 1, Category 8 (Q1C8) as usual. 

Therefore, we strongly advise you to monitor the TDC (time-limits) for reservations, since Q1C8 will be empty, not meaning that the PNRs were not cancelled due to lack of ticketing. 

AMADEUS and TAP are working together to solve this situation as soon as possible and minimize inconveniences to our Partners.
