Due to existing limitations at European Airports, TAP AIR PORTUGAL will make changes more flexible for passengers who have been noshow due to airport constraints.

Please check the conditions below carefully. 

Conditions: 

• Valid for tickets issued until 31 July 2022;
• The original date of travel on the ticket is no later than 31 July 2022;
• Applicable only for travel dates on/after the date of this announcement;
• Applicable only to passengers who are considered as Noshow due to airport restrictions and are proven to have appeared at the gate after the gate closure;

NOTE – ATC entries will work according to the mentioned flexibility.
