Local Ingredients are the stars
Between March 2023 and April 2025, our passengers will be able to savour the new menus in Business Class, created by Local Chefs, on Long-haul flights departing from Lisbon.
Region by region, the best of Portuguese gastronomy
The TAP Local Stars project, in partnership with The Art of Tasting Portugal, is designed to introduce the world to the best of Portuguese gastronomy. But that's not all. It also aims to give our passengers the opportunity to taste the star products of each of our regions.
To do so, we invited twelve Chefs with national renown and local tradition, to prepare a menu with typical ingredients from each region, including a star product.
