Check-in for flights to Luanda and Maputo
Last updated on: 20 Aug 2020

As of August 19, 2020, the self-printing of boarding passes (online or at airport kiosks) on the Lisbon-Luanda and Lisbon-Maputo routes is not allowed. Passengers are still able to check-in online, but the delivery of the boarding pass will only be possible at the airport, by a check-in agent.

All customers will have to contact a check-in counter upon arrival at the airport so that the agent checks whether they have the necessary conditions to travel to the destination in question before proceeding to the boarding gate.
