COVID-19 PROCEDURES FOR GROUPS

These guidelines are valid for Groups booked to travel up to the 31st of May 2020.

1. Group with issued tickets

  • Voucher (for unused or returns) valid for 1 year - to be requested via this link.

2. Group with cancelled flights and no tickets issued

  • Waive of penalty

3. Voluntary cancellation of a group

  • Rebooking allowed to travel within 1 year - no penalty fee will be charged; a new date/ quote shall be requested through FLYGROUPS (where the tool exists) or via Group Desk.
    • If  the new date is cancelled, the penalty fee will apply on both the original date and the new date.

EMDs for deposit will be used on a future group; if expiring, please contact us.

 

About the VOUCHER:

  • Valid for one year;
  • It can be used to for travel or services on flights operated by TAP Air Portugal;
  • It can be used by third parties, with authorization from the holder;
  • It can be used in full or, if used partially, the remaining value can be used in future purchases;
  • Once issued, this travel voucher is non-refundable;
  • For purchases made with this voucher, a document proving the payment of travel or services cannot be issued.
