When travelling with TAP, passengers can access over 60 lounges worldwide, including the TAP Premium Lounge. This access is free for premium passengers and can be purchased if their fare or status does not benefit from this service.
In the lounges, passengers can relax or work in complete comfort and privacy while waiting for their flight.

How to Buy Lounge Access?
Passengers travelling with DISCOUNT, BASIC, CLASSIC, or PLUS tickets who wish to wait comfortably, in privacy and tranquility, can purchase access to the lounges.
If the boarding pass has already been issued after acquiring the lounge access, you will have to issue it again so that this service appears on the boarding pass. This is the only way to guarantee access to the lounge.
From the 5th of February, 2024 the Lounge price table will no longer be available as values are constantly being updated and will become dynamic in the future. Prices should be consulted in the system as it will show the applicable fare. All sales conditions remain unchanged.
Lounge access is available for purchase for all Economy Brands only with origin or connection in airports with salable Lounges.

Further Information
This Ancillary Service is:
- available only on flights operated by TAP and TAP Express;
- Non-refundable;
- changeable to another flight (keeping the same service).
- Subject to availability;
- Available on the day of the departure flight and subject to the timetables in each lounge.
From 19th August 2022, if the passenger upgrades the original ticket to Business class, which already includes free access to the Lounge, and therefore no longer needs the purchased service, then the respective EMD can be refunded.
If a passenger has already checked in and wishes to purchase the service, a new boarding pass must be issued so that the word “LOUG” is shown. Cancel check-in, book the service, and proceed to check-in to download and/or print a new boarding pass.
Lounge access will remain free of charge for passengers holding TAP Miles&Go Gold and Silver cards (only for intercontinental journeys), MBCP Visa Platinum (only in LIS and OPO), and for Business Class. No SSR is required (so long the card number has been duly inserted on the PNR).

TAP Premium Lounge Tejo - Schengen Area
In November 2023, TAP renewed its exclusive lounge at Humberto Delgado Airport in Lisbon, which first opened in 2017.
With a capacity of 320 seats, it is located in the Schengen area of the Airport, on level 6, overlooking the runway, with a diverse and high-quality offer of facilities and services that include rest areas, showers, children's play area, Business Centre, Wi-Fi, restaurant and bar area with the best gastronomy accompanied by renowned Portuguese wines, personalized service, among others, with all the quality of service that TAP guarantees to its most dedicated Passengers.

TAP Premium Lounge Atlântico - Non-Schengen Area
TAP Premium Lounge Atlântico - Terminal 1, non-Schengen Area.

From the 30th of January 2024, TAP Air Portugal opened the TAP Premium Lounge Atlântico at LIS airport, located in the non-Schengen area serving as the departure point for all long-haul flights, in North and South America, Africa and the United Kingdom.
The new lounge is located past the passport control area at Humberto Delgado Airport. It offers an area of 380m2, seating for around 100 passengers, and will be open every day from 5 am to midnight.
The booking and purchase process remain unchanged, and passengers will have access to one or the other according to the route on the ticket.
Here, passengers will have access to a buffet of food and drinks while they wait comfortably for their flight. They will also be able to enjoy work and rest areas with free Wi-Fi, flight information, televisions, toilets (including for persons with reduced mobility), and baby-changing facilities.
Access to the TAP Premium Lounge Atlântico is guaranteed in the same way as to the existing lounge in the Schengen area, the TAP Premium Lounge. The information in the Boarding Pass will also remain “entitled lounge”
