Client's Language mandatory in the PNR

From the 30th of January 2024, all existing and new bookings must indicate the customer's preferred language. In this way, notifications that may occur by SMS and/or email, especially in the event of changes/irregularities, will be sent in the appropriate language for each customer.

Make sure that each customer's contact details are correctly entered in the booking.  If in doubt, please contact TAP. 

Please note that the languages available are: PT, PT-BR and EN.
