WARNING -  MYB Disabled & Customer Identity Verification

Tap Air Portugal is in the process of implementing MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) on Flytap. Due to this implementation, please be informed that MYB will be disabled until the 27th of September.

We kindly ask our customers who need to request changes, check bookings, or buy ancillaries for their bookings to contact their Travel Agents.

In order to offer further protection to all customers, we strongly recommend that you rigorously identify any person who contacts your agency to request a change, refund, or cancellation of a TAP flight booking, in order to confirm that the request is being made by the legitimate person responsible for the booking.
